Hotel tests

Guest ratings are a useful tool for assessing your own performance. However, they are limited in scope and reflect only subjective impressions. To get a comprehensive impression of the quality of services you and your hotel offer – and compare them with your competitors – you can complete regular tests based on standardised and recognised processes.

Hoteltests

Our experienced hotel testers will check into your hotel as a guest. They will assess all areas a typical guest would come into contact with at your hotel and then prepare a comprehensive evaluation using a detailed list of questions. After the test, we will provide you with a well-founded assessment, discuss the results with your contact person, and indicate areas of potential optimisation.
